Founded in 2015, Industrial Pump Manufacturing, Inc. provides fabrication and machine shop services for municipalities, water districts, and contractors working on industrial water pump systems.

What makes us unique is not only our immense experience working with industrial water pumps but we also have a pump testing facility and can provide certified performance tests right onsite saving weeks, sometimes months, compared to waiting for tests to come from other manufacturers.

Municipal, Commercial & Irrigation Pump Repairs

We repair and recondition virtually all makes and models of pumps. Oftentimes, parts can be manufactured by us which can greatly reduce your order lead time compared to other manufacturers. If parts are not manufactured by us, we partner with many other pump manufacturers who can supply the additional parts needed in order to deliver a complete repaired and operational pump.

Water Pump and System Fabrication

Along with discharge heads and elbows, column assemblies and custom-built suction screens are manufactured here. Flanged column assemblies can be rebuilt or fabricated new.

Large mixed or axial flow bowls are rebuilt by building up the propeller and machining it to fit a custom stainless steel bowl liner that restores the pump performance and efficiencies to original factory specifications.

Every impeller and propeller is dynamically balanced prior to final assembly ensuring a high-performance pump that lasts a long time.

Water Pump Design and Engineering

Custom-built discharge heads and assemblies are designed to standard or site-specific dimensions. Each design is analyzed and tested in-house for harmonic frequency to ensure vibration-free, efficient, and long-lasting operation.

On vertical line shaft assemblies, a critical speed calculation is performed to select the bearing spacing needed to ensure that the pump does not operate in the critical speed range that causes resonant frequency vibrations which lead to system failure.

Multi-stage vertical impellers are custom trimmed and balanced to achieve peak efficiency at the specified design condition.
